Lacawac’s environmental monitoring network currently includes two stations: ARTHUR (Aquatic Resource for High-Frequency Underwater Research) a profiling buoy on Lake Lacawac that collects data on a number of different water quality parameters, and the weather station located in the center of the field.  All information obtained from these stations is compiled and automatically collected by Lehigh University every fifteen minutes since 1992.
